I’ve decided to give Electric Quilt 8 a test drive. I’ve downloaded it and will make comments as I go. The reason I decided to try it is because I designed a Lavender Fields quilt in CorelDraw but the dimensions are all slightly off for the blocks. You know as well as I do that quilting = precision, so ‘slightly off’ will never do. Times the ‘off’ measurement by 30 pieces or more across a quilt top and it’s a disaster. So here I am. I’ll let you know how it goes regarding the learning curve, getting up to speed and if it’s easier for making sellable patterns with.
